Here are some good free online tests. Disclaimer: Even if you feel you may be quite self-aware, there may still be blind spots. I've found it beneficial to collaborate with someone, like a therapist, to help you sort through this process. Additionally, it's worth noting that the Autism Spectrum Quotient (AQ) and RAADS-R tests are more tailored to a male profile of autism, potentially resulting in false negatives among women and LGBTQIA individuals
The AQ (Autism Spectrum Quotient).
Ritvo Autism Asperger Diagnostic Scale–Revised (RAADS–R)Looks at the subjective experience rather than just behaviors.
The Adult Repetitive Behaviors Questionnaire-2 (RBQ-2A) This measure looks at experiences connected to restricted and repetitive behaviors.
Camouflaging Autistic Traits Questionnaire (CAT-Q) This is a good one to capture high masking individuals.

A little caution as you take the assessment. There are many things that can look like adhd so it can be helpful to meet with a therapist to explore these other possibilities before arriving at the diagnosis.

Below is a list of therapists with an excellent reputation for being affirming within the neurodivergent community. They not only rely on written assessments but also value listening to a person's lived experience. Many of them are neurodivergent themselves or have a personal connection to the community. I only include therapists whom I've personally met one-on-one or who have been personally vouched for by my neurodivergent therapist friends.
